· Establish and enforce project management standards, governance, financial planning, metrics, and reporting to drive consistency, transparency, and accountability.
· Drive proactive risk, issue, and dependency management, escalating and resolving delivery challenges to protect outcomes.
· Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Market teams to align delivery plans with product strategy, market readiness, and technical dependencies.
· Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating strategy into executable plans and providing clear visibility into delivery health.
· Lead, coach, and develop Project Management leaders and teams, building strong succession, capability depth, and a culture of execution excellence.
· Supports compliance activities to ensure conformity with standard implementation metrics and SLA's
