Title and Summary
Director, Risk Framework, RTP International VIL The VIL RTP International team of Second Line Risk Management is looking for a Director, Risk Framework who will have responsibility for leading the design, implementation and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) methodology, risk reporting, policies and process documentation; providing advice, guidance and oversight across the RTP VIL International markets and building and developing strong partnerships within Risk structure and wider internal/external stakeholders.Role
• Development and maintenance of the Risk Governance, Infrastructure and Tools that are required to support the Risk Management Framework.
• Develop and implement the Risk Management Framework methodology and process documentation in line with regulatory requirements, Mastercard Risk, Regulated Business Entities and current industry good practice including; risk appetite, Key Risk Indicatorss, risk assessment and risk incident and event management etc.
• Lead the development and rollout of risk tooling, working and aligning with other business entities.
• Work with the Director of Risk Framework and Group Functions Risk Management in the development of a process by which to identify and record emerging risks and guide to scenario analysis in line with Mastercard Risk.
• Develop and Implement risk management policies in line with regulatory requirements, Mastercard Risk, business entities and current industry good practice.
• Ensure current and future risk framework requirements are effectively reflected in policy and apply suitable influence to ensure that they are adopted by the business.
• Drive preparations and oversee internal reporting for Executive Leadership meetings and governance forums, including reviewing documentation and analysis.

• Superior understanding of risk management principles and the interrelationships of 3LoD
• Superior understanding of the requirements of good risk governance
• Recent experience of using Risk Management Tools such as IBM Open Pages and Archer
• Understanding and experience from financial services risk and compliance framework, standards, including insight risk and compliance regulations of financial services.
• Consistently display positive, professional and approachable behaviours – displaying the company behaviours
• Excellent communication skills - uses all relevant channels and resources to communicate effectively and proactively
• Team working – ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people. Work co-operatively with others as part of a team
