Marketing Services:
Marketing Services grows business for our clients by acquiring new customers and increasing engagement with existing customers.
Marketing Services' agile performance marketing expertise, data and technology advantage, internal marketing capabilities, global network of preferred partners, integration of Mastercard brand assets, and global scope makes us a partner of choice for over six thousand marketing initiatives across 1,000+clients every year.
Marketing Services is also a strategic force multiplier, helping to accelerate adoption of new Mastercard products and services, and drive incremental growth in our core business.

Role Responsibilities:
As the Manager, Global Product Management, you will oversee strategic opportunity areas within the team, aimed at driving full value potential from our Core business and internal partnerships, including
- You will work closely with the Integrated Marketing & Communications (IMC) to design and commercialize engagements that leverage our brand and sponsorship assets. You will design Marketing Services solutions to improve client adoption, consumer awareness & redemption, and overall impact to core KPIs.
- You will work with the Core consumer product teams to support the launch and growth of core product propositions across debit and credit. This involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to drive optimal performance of these products, leveraging the best fitting Marketing Services capabilities and solutions.
- Additionaly, you will work with our Global Portfolio Optimization team to further strengthen Marketing Services support to our core business KPIs (i.e., spend active, card-on-file active and XB active), partnering with our regional product owners to secure a strong value proposition, smooth implementations, collection of pertinent feedback from key stakeholders, monitoring of relevant contributions and fueling of the Marketing Services product roadmap.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing and proficiency in utilizing various digital tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Advanced knowledge of consumer behavior analytics and the ability to apply insights to refine and personalize marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively, develop innovative marketing solutions, focus on measurable results, and drive revenue growth. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
