Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.

Overview:

Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is the world's largest loyalty company, a service division within Mastercard that provides reward programs, offers, and benefits to both financial institutions and merchants. We manage over 600 million accounts on our loyalty systems, serving over 2,000 global clients. We offer an end-to-end outsourced service and are at the forefront of next-generation loyalty solutions, including Merchant Offers, Pay with Points, Promotions, and more. Our global team consists of 900 loyalty specialists working across the world, leading the integration of loyalty with payments.

Offers is focused on driving revenue through our proprietary platform and merchant network. We are on a transformational journey, with ambitious goals and currently seeking a Sales Specialist to manage the sales pipeline, sales training, and administration. The Sales Specialist will ensure the global sales team has the sales tools to successfully engage with prospective merchants and close deals. The ideal candidate will have experience as a sales administrator, training sales teams, and managing sales pipelines.

Role & Responsibilities

•Administer and report on sales pipeline, closed sales, and renewals.
•Manage sales contracts, sales process, and merchant onboarding.
•Maintain product catalog brand, logos, images, maps.
•Maintain training documentation and check list.
•Create, maintain and deliver training materials and case studies that articulate clear success expectations and operational requirements needed that feed the offers platform.
•Develop global materials to be shared with sales team, to lead Business Reviews and report on monthly analytics to drive product value.

•Ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration and training in a global environment.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across the organization. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively helps you effectively drive results and ensure success within your team.
•Proven ability to act with a persistent and urgent approach to tasks.
•Practical experience with Salesforce, managing sales pipelines from lead generation to closing deals. You understand the importance of efficient pipeline management in driving sales and are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint).
•Thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You are organized and efficient in managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
•A Bachelor's degree is required for this role. Your academic background has equipped you with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary to excel in this dynamic position.
•This position requires occasional travel (approximately 10%), which may include visits to clients, internal stakeholders, and regional offices to foster relationships and ensure the effective execution of sales strategies. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
