Title and Summary

Intern, Customer Experience and Design This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. About the Team
Customer & Product Delivery are fundamental to the success of our client engagements by connecting cross-functional teams to launch Mastercard core-range products. You will work closely with our Account Management and technical teams to implement solutions based on the customer's needs.
- Act as the central point of contact for customers and Mastercard internal business partners throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
- Define scope, build and maintain project plans and drive implementations in compliance with Mastercard's global implementation processes.
- Act as implementation advisor to customers' processing support staff and ensuring all implementation activities and project documentation are completed with meticulous accuracy.
- Assess and document customer requirements to help identify potential implementation impacts on customer and Mastercard processing systems and platforms.
- Create and maintain implementation procedures and lead process discussions at the regional and global levels.

Internship Program
Mastercard's summer internship program provides emerging talent with projects that will enhance skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives. In this program, you will participate in:
- Networking events, mentorship opportunities, and hear from senior leaders
- Volunteer and team building opportunities
- Formal performance assessments
- End-of-summer presentations to peers and Mastercard leadership

Role Description
As a Customer & Product Delivery Intern, you will be involved with:
- Work with Implementation Managers to launch Mastercard core range products to our customers
- Connect with multiple Teams to learn about project management at Mastercard
- Connect process improvement(s) to daily tasks to streamline operations
- Manage and enhance project management tools
- Document processes that will help cross-functional teams to optimize processes within Customer Implementation Services
- Collect information and present findings to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree, or accelerated Master's program with a graduation date of Winter 2025 - Spring 2026
- Experience with SQL and Power BI tools
- Knowledge of tools such as: SQL Server, Data Visualization, and Data Warehousing
- Self-starter who can work on their own initiative to delivery excellent work
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
