Title and Summary

Lead Product Manager - Technical Overview
Arcus, a Mastercard company, powers the next generation of real-time payments and financial connectivity, with a strong focus on driving innovation across Mexico's financial ecosystem. Our platform enables secure, compliant, and scalable money movement for fintechs, financial institutions, and enterprises.
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the evolution of our payments infrastructure — the core layer that powers all transaction processing and operational resilience. This is a strategic role for a product leader passionate about building robust financial platforms that combine innovation, reliability, and compliance.

Role
As Lead Product Manager, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for the payments infrastructure domain. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and regulation — ensuring our real-time payments platform scales securely while meeting business, operational, and compliance objectives.
You will partner closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver high-impact initiatives that enhance platform reliability, performance, and client experience.

In this role, you will:
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for payments infrastructure.
• Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects that improve scalability, observability, and resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution.
• Champion platform reliability and compliance across all payment processing services.
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to inform prioritization and product decisions.
• Represent the payments infrastructure product in internal and external discussions with senior stakeholders

All About You
• You have 7–10 years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years leading platform or infrastructure products that power large-scale systems.
• You bring deep expertise in Mexico's SPEI network — its operational flows, settlement models, and regulatory framework (including Banxico Circular 14/2017 and contingency operations).
• You're fluent in real-time payments, APIs, and backend product lifecycles — turning complex systems into simple, reliable products.
• You thrive in close partnership with engineering and architecture teams, driving outcomes across cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).
• You have a proven track record delivering complex, high-impact initiatives in regulated financial ecosystems.
• You think strategically and act decisively — using data, insight, and creativity to guide your decisions.
You communicate with clarity and influence, bridging technical depth with business vision.
• You bring a high sense of ownership, adaptability, and a relentless focus on execution excellence.
• You currently live in Mexico City and has availability to attend the office 3-times per week.
• You are able to communicate in English and have an advanced level of the language.
