Overview
The Network Organization is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to advance our global network strategy through structured planning, proactive risk mitigation, and strategic cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, sharp problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering complex, high-impact infrastructure programs.

You will report into the APAC Principal TPM, supporting key programs and projects across new deployments and refresh initiatives.

Role
As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate the implementation of next-generation network infrastructure supporting Mastercard's global operations. This role bridges deep technical expertise with disciplined program leadership to drive the successful execution of infrastructure initiatives across data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise networks.

You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and platform teams to plan, deploy, and document strategic efforts ensuring execution excellence, seamless handoffs, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic technical programs across Network, Data Center, and Cloud domains
• Partner with engineering teams to align on solution design, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Lead cross-functional planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and dependency management
• Coordinate deployment readiness activities, including resource planning and operational handoffs
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of project plans, decisions, risks, and retrospectives
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting across global teams
• Act as an escalation point for delivery blockers, dependencies, and incident response coordination
• Ensure consistent project governance and cadence reporting for program progress and deliverables
• Support global initiatives beyond APAC as needed to align with broader network strategy

Technical Requirements
• Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure, cloud, or network programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Working knowledge of tools such as Rally, Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy
• Familiarity with enterprise governance frameworks including Change Management and Project Change Control
• Solid understanding of enterprise network principles - routing, switching, connectivity, and security
• Experience with major network platforms (e.g., Arista, Cisco, HP, Aruba) and their role in enterprise infrastructure
• Understanding of the network infrastructure lifecycle—from hardware deployment to monitoring
• Ability to translate technical inputs into actionable project plans and stakeholder-ready updates
• Strong coordination skills across engineering, operations, and vendor teams
• Proven ability to manage risks, navigate ambiguity, and align multiple technical workstreams
