Title and Summary
Manager, Account Management All existing Acquirers/ Issuers referring to acceptance problem. Cooperation with internal teams: COS/ CIS to solve the customers claims;- During PayPass festivals; prepare study report, acceptance support;
- Follow up all signed contracts with Acquirers/ Merchants referring to: MMRP, Money Send;
- Follow up and support for new instant Rewards process through MCBS, cooperation with Acquirers/ Merchants;
- Control and follow up Bill Issuer project in CP & CNP; prepare analyses from Merchant Data Base;
- MPOS strategy;
- acceptance strategy, referring to acceptance report;
- e-commerce strategy;
He/she should be fluent in retail business specific, has strong communication and influential skills, be ready to take new challenges and work in a team.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop strong relationships between MasterCard and the customer: Acquirers /Merchants and Third Parties.
• Implement customer reporting system and manage complex analyses using data from multiple sources/areas to define the functional impact of customer satisfaction and customised solutions.
• Support and participate in creating long term strategy for: MPOS, e-commerce, core acceptance.
• Develop strong internal relationships within MasterCard to enable the member to achieve their business goals and differentiate MasterCard from the competitors.
• Develop strong relationship with departments outside Poland, e.g.: CIS, COS and other units.
• In partnership with Management, contribute to developing business plans and take responsibility for implementation.
Qualifications and Experience
• Demonstrate multi-disciplinary knowledge, i.e. finance, acquiring, cooperation with merchants and emerging technologies.
• Industry knowledge and networking.
• Have an entrepreneurial approach and vision.
• Analytical thinking and strong math background
• Outstanding communication skills from a written.
• Masters' Degree or minimum BA.
