Manager, Account Management OverviewOur North America organization continues to build a diverse strategic and consultative workforce of world-class relationship managers, problem-solvers and technologists. We are recruiting a talented individual for a full-time role of Manager in Account Management as part of the Specialty Co-brand team within the Regional Banks group. At Mastercard, you will have the opportunity to contribute immediately to meaningful client-based work for banks and co-brand partners.

Role:
• Support VP with the account management for several co-brand portfolios with a key issuer within North America.
• Work with VP to understand the customer's business and market strategies to deliver against sales/net revenue targets for MasterCard products/services
• Ideate and help to deliver strategic development opportunities that will drive MasterCard incremental revenue growth and enhance mutual profitability.
• Develop business plans through the provision of appropriate account and market intelligence and take responsibility for the implementation of those plans
• Provide analytics, including benchmarks to drive Quarterly Business Reviews with the bank and their cobrand portfolios
• Develop relationships between internal MasterCard partners including marketing, solution sales, TAM's, advisors, product, legal, compliance, security, etc. in order to ensure cross-functional alignment and maximum support for the customer.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills
• Knowledge of the card and payment industry, with some level of exposure to Consumer Products and co-brand industry preferred.
