Title and Summary

Manager, Business Analytics Overview
- Partner with management team to develop and execute business plans, performance measurement frameworks, and strategic reporting.
- Collaborate with account managers to structure and close commercial agreements, supported by robust financial modeling. Perform deal performance analytics.

Responsibilities
Business Planning & Analytics
• Lead the financial planning process in close coordination with the management team, ensuring alignment with divisional and cross-functional priorities.
• Provide financial leadership in the development and execution of short- and medium-term strategic plans for key markets and customers.
• Deliver actionable insights through performance measurement, financial analysis, and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and support business growth through proactive recommendations.
• Engage with business owners to provide data-driven insights, opportunity sizing, and strategic input.
• Support quarterly business reviews and executive reporting, including analysis of strategic investments, risks, and performance drivers.
• Manage ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Sales Excellence
• Partner with sales teams to develop accurate and timely financial models for new and existing business opportunities.
• Build comprehensive business cases, including scenario modeling and ROI analysis, to support deal structuring and executive decision-making.
• Support the negotiation and finalization of customer agreements, ensuring financial profitability and alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee the tracking and reporting of commercial agreements and deal performance metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the quality, speed, and success rate of sales proposals.
• Analyze and streamline the deal creation process to accelerate time-to-close.
• Participate in customer negotiations and presentations as a finance lead.

Experiences
• At least 6 years in similar role (Business Planning, Data Analytics & Insights, Business Development).
• Experience in payments preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong data management to drive insights and conclusions.
• Excellent finance skills including modelling/business case development and scenario analysis.
• Strategic mind-set, able to deliver end-to-end and transform Excel outcome into meaningful and crips presentation for senior management.
• Able to influence and drive effective decision making.
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities and assignments concurrently.
• Strong sense of urgency; excels in a deadline driven work environment.
• Team oriented with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels (including executive level) both internally and with external customers.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
