Manager, Financial Business Partner Overview

The Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a Business Partner Manager to support financial strategy and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a collaborative, analytical, and business-oriented finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving impact through financial insights.

Role
• Partner with business units to identify financial opportunities, address challenges, and support operational decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Deliver financial analysis and performance insights to guide business decisions and improve resource allocation.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, Services, Legal, Accounting, and Deal Management.
• Conduct investment and business case analysis to evaluate initiatives and support prioritization.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform financial planning.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
