Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution.
Role
The Advanced: Analytics team drives Credit Risk solutions and products that are globally scalable and provide value to the various parts of the credit lifecycle value chain.
Developing relevant solutions that solve our customer's credit risk problems while leveraging Mastercard assets is a key differentiator to grow revenue for our retail and commercial clients. To this end, developing and managing a suite of product solutions through internal and external partnerships, creative constructs, solid frameworks, and executable roadmaps are crucial drivers for commercialization and business impact.
This role is responsible for:
• Working together with the Product Owners to set vision and strategy for analytics products
• Determining and driving forward the product innovation global agenda and product roadmap
• Managing technical aspects of the product evolution, implement incremental improvements within the product's life cycle
• Guiding the technical requirements throughout the lifecycle of a product
• Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
• Ensuring scalable projects grow over time vs bespoke assignments
All about you:
• Understanding of the credit risk ecosystem, current market pain points, opportunities and emerging technologies and trends
• Exhibit ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving market.
• Experience conducting market research, interviewing customer and testing new product concepts
• Have a creative mindset with the ability to craft and deliver compelling product value propositions, narratives and storytelling that resonate with diverse audiences.
