Open Finance Connectivity Operations
We are seeking a Manager, Open Finance Connectivity Operations. The candidate should have experience developing and prioritizing operational activities for Open Banking / Open Finance data connections (including new banks and data providers, new API endpoints, updates, and fixes of existing endpoints, etc.) across European markets. They will cultivate relationships with ASPSPs and champion the integration of AI and automation to drive scale and efficiency in the building, testing, and upgrading of our API connections.

Responsibilities
• Oversee cohesive connectivity operations across markets and manage cross-market initiatives.
• Improve process automation and quality for Connectivity, including market support and testing of connections
• Maintain and update documentation and connectivity-related reports / dashboards
• Assist with reporting frameworks to comply with Mastercard standards and regulations.
• Support the build, test, and maintenance of Mastercard's API connections, focusing on market-specific needs and future upgrades.
• Contribute to local market research and competitive insights for OFin Connectivity planning.
• Participate actively in Open Banking and Open Finance forums and communities.

All About You
• Bachelor's degree is required; an analytical or technical degree from a top-tier institution is preferred
• Extensive experience in product development and/or product management is essential.
• Successful product development and/or product management leadership experience
• Thorough understanding of APIs, Open Banking, Open Finance, developer ecosystems, and financial services is expected.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong business acumen; adept at identifying key issues and navigating ambiguity effectively.
• Strong collaboration, listening, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization and reporting structure.
• Expertise in structuring complex or ambiguous challenges and translating them into actionable steps.
