Title and Summary
Manager, Product Development About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Product Management professional to drive end-to-end product delivery, lead feature execution, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
This role demands strong product development expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and PI planning.
• Define, evolve, and maintain the product roadmap and requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams to understand systems and deliver robust solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance metrics and production data.
• Ensure product development aligns with business outcomes and organizational strategy.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and execution.
• Prepare compelling narratives and visuals to influence decision-makers and secure leadership support.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in payments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in product management and development
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and PI planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn technology, system structures, and rules
