MasterCard Data & Services is seeking an accomplished Manager to support the evolution of its Business Intelligence products. These products are at the heart of a world-class analytics eco-system built on a universe of behavioral data. They help everyday business users to make smarter data-driven decisions which move the needle on business performance.
Manager in Product Management at Mastercard
Strategy: Lead and develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value
New Development: Spearhead new product development by contributing with new and innovative ideas to help us stay ahead of the curve
Product Lifecycle Governance: Enforce product lifecycle (STUDIO) governance frameworks to ensure product development, launch, and retirement processes are structured, transparent, and aligned with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to drive alignment, resolve operational challenges, and improve efficiency in product development and delivery.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices to enhance product operations, ensuring streamlined workflows and decision-making.
Team Management: Lead a team of analysts that are working on different product across diverse stages of product lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between product teams and senior executives, ensuring visibility into key initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Change Management: Adapt and respond to shifting priorities, business needs, and market dynamics while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals



All About You
8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or related fields within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives.
Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Data and analytics experience in building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
Experience managing product governance frameworks and operational workflows.
Keen understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends in the market
Understand the self-service analytics space, and the ability to translate that understanding into meaningful actions and enhancements.
Knowledge and skills using product management tools, (e.g. market and product plans, project timelines, marketing research, pricing, business case development).
Postgraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
Background in FinTech, Payments, or Technology sectors preferred.
