Role Overview:

The New Consumer Solutions Products team is looking for a Manager, Product Management, to drive the product strategy and roadmap for Mastercard One Credential. The successful candidate will help define the product enhancements to deliver a better ecosystem and consumer experience. The role will involve developing a strong business understanding of market needs and work in close collaboration with internal Go to market, Product Development, Legal and Franchise teams and Regions to identify needs, shape our approach, and drive alignment around our proposals.

Role:

Support the Product leader in shaping product design and roadmap decisions by providing market / CX research insights.

Developing and implementing new innovative solutions by liaising with business and product development teams, translating customer needs into objectives, identifying possible solutions and defining specific product requirements

Developing compelling presentation materials, narratives and visuals, leveraging data analysis to support recommendations and drive alignment among teams

Lead the Mastercard Studio process to review and deliver the ongoing innovation and enhancements.

Collaborate with product development and engineering to ensure delivery of services with updates to product documentations.

Support sales opportunities, leading product & use case demonstration and tech/solutioning discussions with Customer.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product progress and performance

Communicating clearly and concisely (both verbal and written), driving institutionalized knowledge and consistent, reliable product documentation


All About You:

3-5 years of experience in product management and business development functions, preferably in Consumer payments domain

Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial attitude and a results-driven mindset with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions.

Strong communication and client presentation skills - ability to concisely communicate complex content in a simple, logical and compelling manner

Excellent research and analytical skills, with a focus on turning insights into actionable product improvements

Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives across geographically diverse teams and cultures

Comfortable working closely with business and technical teams to shape feasible and scalable solutions.
