Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management As Product Manager of Virtual Cards (VCN) on the NAM Corporate Solutions Product team, this individual has direct impact on commercial GDV, net revenue, and issuer confidence by turning signed deals into activation, sustained spend, and scalable growth. Regional Product Management is positioned as a core specialization required to convert strategy into GDV and Net Revenue. This role operates at the intersection of Product, Sales, Issuers, Platforms, and Delivery, owning the post-signature lifecycle that ensures VCN programs move from signed → live → scaled.

The ideal candidate has prior payments experience, commercial product and virtual card platform experience, is passionate about customer experience, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong communicator.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Activate new VCN deals by driving post-signature execution from implementation to live transaction volume signature execution from implementation to live transaction volume
• Grow and optimize Issuer programs using product reporting, VCN spend data, merchant categories, and use‑case analysis
• Expand VCN usage across priority verticals and use cases (Healthcare, T&E etc), especially where checks and manual payments remain
• Bring market insight to global teams by educating on regional trends, partner feedback, and data‑driven insights into roadmap and enablement decisions
• Lead Embedded Finance virtual card adoption as a key 2026 strategic focus, driving program activation and scale with Digital/Platform integrators and Issuers

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Purchase, New York: $156,000 - $265,000 USD New York City, New York: $163,000 - $276,000 USD
