Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management - Commercialization Overview Mastercard's Services organization is a key growth engine, delivering innovative solutions that help our customers thrive. By integrating proprietary data, cutting-edge technology, expert insights, and strategic expertise, Services plays a critical role in driving Mastercard's differentiation and business growth. The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) team provides a wide range of loyalty, personalization and marketing services assets including the design, implementation and operations of cardholder loyalty programs. These solutions enable issuers to reward, protect and assist cardholders driving overall card usage, retention and brand preference. We are seeking a Manager of Commercialization to support go-to-market strategies and the commercialization of key CAE products and platforms in North America, including Marketing Services, Loyalty & Engagement, and Personalization. This role acts as a vital conduit between Product and Services Business Leads/ Account Managers and customers, crafting segment narratives that drive customer value and Mastercard's revenue growth and developing marketing and communications strategies in partnership with other teams, to drive internal and external awareness of CAE solutions.

The ideal candidate is business savvy, passionate about product marketing and communications, proactive in reaching out to internal stakeholders, resourceful at problem solving, expert in delivering presentations and creating impactful narratives and content, effective in managing marketing agencies and engaging Sales teams, highly motivated, can operate in a fast-paced environment, and possesses an agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive Growth: Support the expansion of the CAE business across North America by aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs
• Sales Plays: Partner with Sales to gather customer needs and insights, and translate them into sales enablement deliverables
• Enablement Materials: Partner with Marketing and creative agencies to produce compelling sales tools, resources and content. Create and manage internal content repositories, provide content for customer-facing sites
• Presentations: Create and deliver engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Awareness: Partner with Communications teams to promote CAE value prop and innovation through content in multiple channels
• Events: Coordinate events, speaking opportunities and other forums to support CAE promotion
• Team Engagement: Create and deliver an always-on plan to engage the team through communication, collaboration and recognition

About You • Proven experience in product marketing, marketing services or marketing communications with a demonstrated ability to engage customers and drive business objectives • Strong business acumen and a track record of delivering innovative, customer-centric narratives • Strong communication skills for expectation and cross-functional team alignment

• Excellent writing skills, experience with creating engaging decks and presentations that are clear, attractive and effective

• Exceptional networking, communication, and storytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency

• Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling, customer-tailored narratives.

• Deep understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends.

• Creative problem solver with the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and build alignment across diverse teams

• Growth-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
