Key Responsibilities

• Business Development and Product Awareness
This role involves the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities for IDS. The Product Manager will work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and Account Managers (AMs) to coordinate and deliver IDS overview sessions to prospective customers. • IDS Implementation and Customer Support
The Product Manager will oversee the implementation of IDS for customers across the EEMEA region. This includes promptly addressing customer queries, handling billing-related concerns, and managing customer escalations and managing production issues that may have financial impact leading to interchange adjustments. The Product Manager will ensure that all relevant cross-functional teams are aligned and focused on swift resolution of these issues, thereby supporting effective customer management and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
