Title and Summary

Manager, Salesforce Business Analysis, Sales Excellence Overview:
This position will report into the Vice President, Business Analysis, Sales Excellence. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying, proposing, designing, developing, implementing, and running solutions to strengthen, optimize, and bring efficiencies to our sales force with interactions with other areas/systems, like Finance, Total Rewards, Legal, Marketing and others to help drive business results thru systems, analytics, and end user tools. This role will drive our current solutions and develop new solutions that enable our sales professionals to improve their efficiency, effectiveness and provide dedicated support to sales teams globally as well as listen to sales team' needs and improve user interfaces to make Salesforce more intuitive and user friendly. You will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our sales solutions globally and make a positive impact on our business results.

Role:
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, recommending rules and automation as needed
Monitor and improve user adoption
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases to be able to present, propose, develop, and launch new applications, technology, and functionalities
Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews and Release Updates
Engage and support end users via a Tier-2 Help Desk function, providing timely and accurate response to inquiries
Build, maintain and improve all channels (mobile, desktop) of the different systems, applications, and processes to assure a best in class user experience
Management of integrated applications and third party suppliers including (Ironclad, Seismic, Data Cloud, Slack, ZoomInfo, RingLead, Alteryx, Snowflake)

All About You:
At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Certified Salesforce Administrator or higher
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud best practices, features, and limitations
Certification in Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
