Title and Summary

Manager, Talent Acquisition LAC Overview
At Mastercard, we are dedicated to strengthening our teams with the best diverse talents. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to support our recruitment efforts across the Services business in the Latin America and Caribbean region. In this role, you will be responsible not only for recruiting but also for leading a team of Recruiters. You will play a critical part in ensuring that we attract and onboard diverse, high-quality talent to meet our business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills. You will work closely with business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Mastercard's overarching talent agenda, ensuring that our programs are scalable and effectively support local, regional, and global needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aligns talent acquisition strategies with the Mastercard's talent agenda
• Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating talent acquisition efforts; ensures the talent acquisition programs are scalable to support local, regional and global activities
• Acts as a Talent Advisor to the business on a wide variety of talent acquisition strategies, programs and processes. These include talent planning, recruiting, assessment, candidate sourcing, market research and employment branding.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. business leaders) and external talent acquisition partners to execute and tailor talent acquisition branding and advertising strategies to align with business and sub-division demands
• Conducts initial screening of potential hires, identifies key candidates for roles, and oversees the assessment and selection of top candidates
• Serves as the point of contact for internal and external candidates, initial hires, business groups and divisions
• Collaborates and interfaces with Communications to develop tailored strategic marketing materials for external candidates, including social media campaigns, blogs, LinkedIn features, etc.
• Responsible for upholding designated processes and systems
• Monitors progress against quarterly goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and candidate pipelines.

All About You
• Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environment
• Proven track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations
• Experience developing sourcing, marketing and branding strategies to support specific talent acquisition objectives
• Experience engaging with key stakeholders to understand and address the business and talent acquisition needs
• Gains exposure to leveraging data for insights around program design, implementation tactics and branding strategies
• Manages day-to-day external relationships (i.e. vendors, agencies)

Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish or Portuguese is desired.
