About the Role

Network Services are a key driver for scaling the Services business, through Mastercard's 1-many go-to-market (“GTM”) channels. Our mission is to channel new initiatives that enhance the Mastercard network ecosystem and meet client needs, creating value for the entire network and scalable revenues for Services.
As Network Services INER (“Incremental Network Enabled Revenue”) Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategy of Network Services value-based pricing initiatives in Europe. You will lead a team of INER Project Leads and with your team, you will develop and execute the regional Services INER strategy and pipeline in alignment with regional Services leadership and global/regional pricing teams and regional priorities.

This role blends strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and program execution. You will collaborate with regional and global product teams, Europe region leadership, Services regional business development, customer success and finance to shape and implement pricing strategies across European markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify network channel-ready products, support global and regional teams in developing new product propositions and enhancements for 1-many GTM.
• Select the optimal go-to-market approach, define value-based pricing, and set clear timelines with proposal owners
• Advise proposal owners on business case development and proposal refinement
• Own and manage the Quarterly Pipeline framework across three stages:
o Pipeline Refresh: Gather input from Services product leads to update the pipeline.
o Prioritization: Work with Network Services market leads and Services Leadership to prioritize initiatives based on feedback, customer value, and readiness.
o Syndication: Secure stakeholder sign-off through structured meetings.
• Collaborate with product and Customer Success teams for successful program launches.
• Drive revenue optimization initiatives, including waiver conversion and whitespace capture.
• Monitor and evaluate INER initiatives through post-mortem analysis for continuous improvement.
• Represent the regional Services team in pricing forums, advocating for regional priorities and alignment.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Pricing expertise preferred
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leadership
• Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Ability to develop and present compelling project proposals
• Collaborative approach, with experience across sales, product, finance, and leadership teams
• Skilled at managing multiple initiatives and delivering results
