Overview
Mastercard is seeking an Operations Analyst to advance our customer experience strategy through continuous innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about the customer journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, and possesses strong analytical skills.
Role
In this position, you will:
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate operational processes.
• Enhance data accuracy through meticulous analysis and strategic improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers to design and deploy new tools for analysts.

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Have experience with Python, SQL, and MongoDB.
• Be proficient in Excel.
• Possess clear communication skills.
• Be technically minded and able to understand and solve complex problems.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

Remote - Utah: $65,000 - $104,000 USD
