PARALEGAL About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to help our Product Legal team operate more efficiently, consistently, and at scale. This position supports the Services business unit, with focus on legal operations, project execution, and knowledge management for the product legal team.
This is a legal operations and project management role—ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving adoption of standardized ways of working.
You'll partner closely with attorneys and cross functional teams to strengthen how we manage legal work across a global product portfolio. You won't be expected to provide legal advice or independent legal judgment. Instead, you'll manage the operational systems and processes that allow attorneys to devote their time to high-value legal analysis and decision-making.

What You'll Do

Legal Knowledge Management
 Own and maintain a central repository of legal templates, playbooks, and reference materials
 Organize and keep current a clause library and approved contract language (under direction of attorneys)
 Establish practices to improve how information is captured, structured, and shared to promote reuse and consistency
Project Management & Coordination
 Manage and coordinate multiple legal workstreams concurrently—including timelines, owners, dependencies, and deliverables
 Prepare and maintain practical trackers, dashboards, and status updates for attorneys, stakeholders, and leadership
 Support cross team initiatives by ensuring follow ups are completed, decisions are documented, and actionable next steps are tracked
 Track and report on operational metrics (e.g., request volumes turnaround times, template usage) in support of trend analysis and reporting
Process Improvement & Standardization
 Design and implement of standardized, repeatable legal workflows (e.g., intake, review steps, template usage)
 Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency through clearer processes and reference materials
 Help establish and maintain governance of legal intake and prioritization process to promote consistency and appropriate allocation of legal resources
 Assist in harmonizing legal practices across teams, regions and product lines
Automation & Operational Enablement
 Lead the operational rollout of workflow improvements and automation initiatives by documenting processes and coordinating inputs across Legal, Operations, and Technology teams
 Drive change management and adoption for new or updated legal tools, templates, and processes, including communications, documentation, and trainings.
 Help scale best practices that reduce turnaround time and increase consistency
Attorney-Led Initiatives (Coordination Only)
 Provide project coordination (not legal analysis) for attorney led initiatives (e.g., structural clean ups, master agreement organization, and cross portfolio alignment efforts)

What This Role Is (and Isn't)

 This role focuses on legal operations, project management, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement.
 This role does not include: providing legal advice, acting as a legal reviewer with independent judgment, or holding signatory authority.
