Title and Summary

People Specialist We are seeking a dedicated People Specialist to join our HR team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. The People Specialist will be responsible for handling various aspects of employee relations, acting as a business partner, managing benefits operations, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Role Description:
Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with managers and employees to address performance issues, conflicts, and other HR-related matters.
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to department heads and leadership, offering HR expertise and guidance on people-related initiatives.
Manage the operational aspects of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and vendor relations.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and events to promote a positive employee experience.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals and compliance.
Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

All About You/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
