Product Delivery Manager Overview

Customer Delivery Europe is part of the Global Customer Delivery & Care and Europe International Markets organization and plays a critical role ensuring the flawless delivery of Mastercard products and solutions for our customers.
We partner with global and regional business units to provide value through our innovation and expertise; whilst delivering customer solutions flawlessly. We make it happen!

The Product Delivery group in Europe works with the Product teams and all functional groups involved in the Customer Delivery chain to transform Mastercard delivery capabilities into a source of differentiation.
Product Delivery builds repeatable and scalable delivery models for new and complex products, enables efficiency and quality of the Market Delivery Teams, and provide education and training services to our customers.



Role

You will work within the Commercial & New Payment Flows Product Delivery Europe Team and be responsible for driving optimal standards of Delivery for Commercial solutions, making Corporates and Small Businesses payments business stronger with our commercial cards, working capital, and money movement solutions.



The role will support the implementation of Commercial Solutions when piloting new products, ensuring availability of scalable delivery processes for the region, enabling regional Delivery stakeholders (CIS-Customer Implementation Services and Market Delivery) and providing consultative support to internal and external customers.

The successful candidate will:

Be the Product Delivery Subject Matter Expert for select Commercial Solutions, responsible for high quality regional Delivery processes.

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to assess the Delivery readiness of new products and tailor regional processes accordingly.

Support the Delivery of new products with product and process expertise.
Provide active project management support for pilot product introduction or strategic initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement with regular knowledge sharing, process optimisation and active feedback with key stakeholders (Product/Sales/Global Product Enablement)

Actively monitor product pipeline and enable the region to support customer readiness assessments via a robust process that can include ‘Solution Definition' workshops delivered to Customer during pre-implementation stage.

Contribute to educational activities for internal and external customers.



All About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive ‘self-starter' and

Have a good understanding of commercial payments ecosystem & flows

Be skilled at deep diving into technical documentation and then explaining technical matters succinctly and clearly.

Have project management skills and experience.

Can quickly assess, solve and articulate business and technical challenges.

Have strong stakeholder management & communication skills (oral and written).

Process driven, having the ability to work autonomously in a structured and organized manner, while subject to conflicting priorities.

Is open minded, enthusiastic, and has an optimization mindset.

Additional desirable skills/experience:

Ability to come with creative ideas to improve current processes and products.

Working knowledge of what is required to code to specifications and APIs for customers to complete integration successfully.

Formal project management certification is a plus.

Fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
