Role Description
As a Project Manager I, you will have the opportunity to:
- Scheduling events, managing the St. Louis Tech Hub inbox and handling/routing requests accordingly
- Interfacing and coordinating with internal teams, including Facilities, FLIK, Security and others, as well as providing outstanding customer service to employees
- Supporting the planning and execution of Tech Hub events
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of new approaches, processes and initiatives, including leveraging technology in the Tech Hub's work
- Process documentation

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or accelerated master's program graduating between Winter 2024 – Spring 2025
- Adaptability in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Outstanding attention to detail and on-time delivery of project tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interface with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
