Title and Summary

Regional Director, Product Management, Mastercard Payment Gateway Overview
Mastercard Gateway and Acceptance are key strategic priorities for the Asia Pacific region. Our goal is to empower acquirers, merchants, payment service providers (PSPs), and payment facilitators by delivering best-in-class experiences across both online and in-person commerce. We aim to establish Mastercard Payment Gateway Services (MPGS) as the preferred platform for acceptance.

As a critical component of Mastercard's regional growth strategy, this role will lead product and program management for the Asia Pacific region. The individual will drive the delivery of new features, functionalities, payment channels, and options in collaboration with the Gateway Commercialization team, Customer Solution Centers, Global Product, Operations, Delivery, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and other partners.

The successful candidate will jointly own budget goals and be evaluated based on revenue contributions from new service features, regional market enablement, and acquirer onboarding.

• Lead a team of product managers focused on core gateway processing, value-added services (VAS), domestic enablement, alternate payment methods (APMs), and omnichannel capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience
• Deep understanding of the gateway and acceptance ecosystem, preferably with experience in the Asia Pacific market.
• Prior experience in the payments, e-commerce, or acceptance services industry—ideally within a large PSP, acquirer, or similar organization.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with financial data and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders on business strategy and drive commercial outcomes
