Senior Analyst, Account Management Overview
• China is an emerging market with significant growth opportunities. The China Account Team is responsible for driving revenue growth through Mastercard products, services, and solutions, with a strong focus on Credit and Debit Issuing Business.
• This role will manage account P&L, pipeline development, new business acquisition, and portfolio expansion.

Role
• Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive execution, particularly in Credit and Debit Issuing.
• Create and deliver customized pitches and proposals to meet client needs and capture opportunities.
• Manage client engagement throughout the sales cycle and negotiate favorable outcomes for Mastercard.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all relevant levels of the client's organization to ensure effective engagement.
• Lead execution activities related to new product activation, joint marketing initiatives, or service delivery with the client.
• Own all aspects of client servicing and ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong sales skills combined with project management and process optimization capabilities.
• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated with a winning attitude; able to work independently under pressure.
• Proven leadership ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology, payments, and the banking industry, with a deep understanding of Credit and Debit Issuing Business.
