Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, AI Enablement Overview

The Capacity Planning team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven, scalable, and efficient decision-making across the organization. The team is responsible for building and operating the Capacity Planning ecosystem, including data inputs, modeling, governance, and reporting platforms.

As the ecosystem evolves, the team is focused on strengthening automation, insight generation, and decision support by leveraging advanced analytics and AI capabilities. This includes improving how documentation, analytics, and operational metrics are transformed into actionable intelligence for business partners and leadership.

The team operates at the intersection of business, data, and technology, partnering closely with stakeholders across Services, Technology, and Analytics to continuously improve how capacity planning insights are generated, governed, and consumed.

Role

This position sits within the Capacity Planning technical capabilities team and will own the AI Enablement pillar for the Capacity Planning ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying high-value AI opportunities, delivering proof-of-concept initiatives, and building a structured roadmap to evolve capacity planning into a more intelligent, automated, and insight-driven platform.

The role blends business problem solving with technical execution and stakeholder engagement. The individual will work closely with platform owners (Airtable, Alteryx, Tableau, Data Governance), Technology and Business partners to translate opportunities into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

- Own AI enablement for the Capacity Planning ecosystem.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across documentation, analytics, modeling, governance, and decision support.
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate value and scalability.
- Build and maintain an AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and platform maturity.
- Develop AI-powered knowledge solutions, enabling Q&A over documentation, metrics, assumptions, and model logic.
- Apply AI for semantic analysis, trend detection, comparisons, outlier identification, and automated narrative generation.
- Partner with Technology and Data Science teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.
- Translate business problems into AI-enabled workflows and products, not just models.
- Communicate outcomes through clear storytelling and stakeholder engagement.

All About You

- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or similar.
- Experience working with AI, advanced analytics, automation, or data science solutions in a business environment.
- Ability to design and execute proof-of-concept projects and translate ideas into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets.
- Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, automation platforms, or AI/NLP frameworks is a plus.
- Comfortable operating between business and technology, translating needs into solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Structured mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Analytics background is an advantage.
- Ability to see beyond requests to understand root causes and opportunities for automation and insight generation.
