Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Meeting Services OverviewThe Senior Analyst, Meeting Services, plays a vital role in coordinating client-facing events and internal meetings hosted at Mastercard's New York Tech Hub. Acting as a central liaison between business stakeholders and internal support teams, this role ensures a seamless on-site experience by aligning event needs with internal processes, resources, and expectations. While focused on the Tech Hub, this role may also support Mastercard-hosted events at external venues, occasionally requiring travel.
Role Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for internal clients booking event and meeting spaces at the Tech Hub.
Partner closely with Facilities, AV, and Hospitality teams to ensure event requirements are clearly communicated and executed (not physically implemented by this role).
Project manage event timelines, deliverables, and communications from intake through post-event wrap-up.
Gather and document event details such as room layout, catering, A/V needs, signage, and access.
Facilitate event briefings and walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
Monitor onsite execution to support the client experience, manage communications, and troubleshoot as needed.
Maintain Tech Hub event calendars, reporting, and intake documentation to support transparency and tracking.
Support planning for external Mastercard events, including those hosted outside the Tech Hub, with occasional travel as needed.
Collaborate with Procurement, Travel, and Corporate Services on vendor coordination and compliance.
All About You
3–5 years of experience in event planning, project coordination, or client services within a corporate setting.
Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach and professional presence.
Excellent organization and time management skills; comfortable juggling multiple events and timelines.
Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Facilities, Security, AV, and Travel.
Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable being onsite during events and occasionally supporting offsite programs.
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Cvent, and familiar with event booking or CRM platforms.
