Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Sales The Sales, Senior Analyst is a key contributor within the Americas Strategy & Operations team, supporting Mastercard's Global Partnership accounts. This role is designed for a high-performing individual who brings strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset to drive business growth and operational excellence across GP segment.The Senior Analyst will:
Serve as a strategic partner to CAM executive leads, helping shape and execute both short- and long-term business objectives.
Lead analytical workstreams and provide actionable insights to support account teams in delivering on key priorities.
Drive continuous improvement in sales and account management processes, including deal governance, reporting, and planning frameworks.
Take ownership of strategic initiatives for the segment, including documentation, implementation, and cross-functional alignment.
Support and influence broader U.S. regional priorities through data-driven recommendations and project leadership.
The Senior Analyst will also play a key role in sharing best practices, standardizing methodologies, and fostering collaboration across the Americas team and broader sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Global Partnership account teams to identify growth opportunities and support execution of strategic initiatives.
Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and customer performance analyses to support RFPs and commercial decisions.
Act as a key liaison between account teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Proactively identify trends and insights to inform segment strategy and optimize account performance.
Own and enhance core sales processes, including pipeline management, account planning, and quarterly business reviews.
Drive consistency and efficiency across account teams by implementing scalable tools, templates, and reporting frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Product, Legal) to streamline deal processes and improve execution.
Lead strategic projects for the U.S. National segment and contribute to broader regional initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices and strategic direction.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the Americas Strategy & Operations team.

Passion for Mastercard's mission and a strong interest in sales strategy and business operations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with financial modeling, strategic analysis, and business case development.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and analytical tools (e.g., cubes, dashboards).
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong relationships across teams.
Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
