Senior Content Creator Who is Mastercard
The Services Technology team at Mastercard is responsible for the Services engineering and technology estate, including data infrastructure, analytical tools, critical technology platforms such as the Data Warehouse and Decision Management Platform, our acquired Services technology assets, and the engineering teams supporting each of our four Services product groups.

Overview
The Services Technology team seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with advanced PowerPoint and visual presentation capabilities to support engineering teams in creating impactful presentations, reports, and dashboards. The Senior Content Creator will play a crucial role in supporting the Services Technology Leadership Team by executing various creative tasks and overseeing the content strategy and execution across multiple platforms and formats. This role involves planning, development, and execution of content, including campaigns, product demos, and presentations. It also includes assisting in the creation of blog posts and newsletters, as well as maintaining social media accounts and helping to organize events. The role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized, strategic thinker with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex data into clear, compelling visual narratives and enabling teams with tools that drive decision-making and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the Services Technology Chief of Staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Creating and curating compelling and differentiated presentations and thought leadership pieces for the wider team.
• Create internal content for events, product demos, town halls, and company-wide communications.
• Manage the plans, content, and activities for Services Technology platforms, including Teams channels, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing material.
• Engage colleagues, customers, and other key audiences to drive and promote Mastercard's innovation narrative.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external events and promotional activities.
• Support administrative duties such as maintaining marketing/content calendars and preparing reports, videos, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and effective execution of internal and external communication activities.
• Support social media management: monitor and engage with the brand's social media communities, and help to grow and nurture these audiences organically.
• Help develop Services Technology brand materials, templates, presentation best practices. Ensure executive leadership presentations align with the brand's guidelines and messaging.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience managing social media and content marketing tools.
• Proficiency in content and graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design and layout.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced formatting, charting, pivot tables, and formulas.
• 5-10 years of experience in content management, marketing, consulting, or related roles.
• A genuine interest in visual communications and excited to learn and grow in this field. You stay updated on the latest trends and are eager to apply your knowledge to real-world projects.
• A keen eye for detail and takes pride in delivering high-quality work, you ensure everything is done meticulously.
