As a Senior Managing Consultant you will manage a team and a portfolio of projects that support a strategy, a strategic change or initiative with significant impact on the organization. You will manage complexity and inherent risks across a wide range of business areas, where there are strong interdependencies and shared resources, and you will manage benefits from their initial identification and definition through to the eventual realization and achievement of measurable improvements
All About the Role
Make an impact as a Senior Managing Consultant, Program Management, Advisors Client Services.
In this client facing role you will:
• Partner with Product, Business Development and Consulting Services areas to expand the Advisors Program Management and Deploy scope in your region.
• Lead and develop a team of Program/Project Managers.
• Support proposals elaboration by defining proper scope, resource estimates and timelines.
• Manage a complex program or a portfolio of projects that support a strategic change or initiative with significant organizational impact in our clients.
• Manage subcontractors that provides services to our clients as part of our solutions.
All About You
• Advanced experience in delivering large enterprise level projects/programs/portfolios across the financial services sector from initiation to benefit realization.
• Successful leadership of PMOs across different clients/businesses, providing reliable status for key decision making, identifying and mitigating risks, solving issues, developing plans and ensuring they are implemented on time, within budgets and quality criteria .
• Proactively engages in client agenda, internal culture, and relationship risks; develops stakeholder management plan to align priorities and address support and resistance.
• Known for commercial awareness and good business judgment, able to assist with specialist sales support, as needed, to win business.
• Plays an integral role in proposals for the client (drafting proposals, attending, and participating in key presentations).
• Credible and persuasive - able to deliver difficult messages with sensitivity.
• Able to drive tangible value and positive business case realization.
• Enthusiastic and authentic leader with the ability to inspire others and create a collaborative culture of teamwork, accountability, open communication and organizational effectiveness.
All About Your Education & Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree in project management or MBA preferred.
• Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Fluent local office language and English required; other languages desirable.
• Exposure specifically in payments and/or retail banking or merchants preferred.
• Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships.
• Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools skills required.
• Willingness to travel.
