Senior Product Management All About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Dynamic Yield team and help define the future of customer experience. In this role, you will own and drive our Discovery Products, including product recommendation algorithms, agentic retrieval engines, and semantic and visual search capabilities. You'll play a key role in shaping innovative solutions that connect customers with the most relevant products through intelligent, personalized discovery.

All About the Role

As a Product Manager, You Will:
• Bring experience delivering products in SaaS startups or enterprise environments
• Have a strong background in data and analytics, with a proven ability to turn insights into product decisions
• Have hands-on experience delivering machine learning (ML) and large language model (LLM)-based products in collaboration with data science teams
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
• Identify key opportunities and define clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, BI, and Product Marketing to ensure product success across the board
• Work closely with engineering to guide technical direction, implementation decisions, and delivery timelines
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and strategic clients to successfully launch new products and features

Product management skills in SaaS and B2B products.
Analytical and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership.

Experience in one of the following fields is a strong advantage: ecommerce analytics, customer journeys, content personalization, and optimization. A background in search engines, recommendation systems, or building LLM-powered agents.

English verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.

Think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities.
