Overview
The Mastercard Openbanking team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is self motivated and proactive. Sr TPM helps product owners maximize productivity by maintaining the backlog and release plan, thereby informing product owners about the scrum team's success.

Role
Lead standups, planning meetings and any other meetings for highly productive teams of engineers and product personnel
Coach teams on up to date, agile methodologies and overall processes driving continuous improvement
Track team analytics and monitor work boards
Work alongside Product Managers to groom and prioritize an active backlog
Coordinate with scrum masters on other teams with needs arise
Radiate information to outside groups as well as Executives
Collaborate with developers and other teammates to deliver amazing results
• Defining the product/technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional, implicit and explicit requirements.
• Drive the business requirements for product launches.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Ensure deliverables of the projects are met.

All About You
Bachelor of Science in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems)
Requires Scrum Master certification or equivalent Product Management Experience (SQL, Jira, Conflunence
Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills
Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results
Strong communication, interpersonal skills
Works well within tight deadlines (able to prioritize)
Strong problem solving, analysis, conflict management skills
Values high-quality work with attention to detail and have a track record of delivering both
Comfortable interacting with people across all levels of an organization and can field questions during a presentation whether with internal or external clients.
Learn quickly and be an impact in new areas, to keep pace with our rapid growth and evolution
