Overview
The Enterprise and Risk Compliance Technology team is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to drive our internal customer experience strategy forward in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) area by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the internal partners experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this role, you will:
• Partner with internal business partners in gathering, mapping business requirements, designing, delivering solutions and managing the upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, solve problems and provide support to end users.
• Take responsibility for driving the maturation of the platform.
• Liaison between business partners and vendor professional services.
• Should have the strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and deep understanding of best development standards
• Be able to understand and demonstrate the deep knowledge of GRC platforms

All About You
• Intermediate to Advanced Experience with IBM Cognos.
• Design, develop and deploy dashboard solutions and multi-dimensional reports using IBM's Cognos suite V10.2 (preferred to have V11.2).
• Creating complex reports using Drill through, Conditional Blocks, Report bursting, Render Variables, and scheduling.
• Work with team members to evaluate the needs of the company that relate to Cognos development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Should have skills to optimize queries.
• Preferable to have basic Cognos Administration skills.
• Programming experience in HTML, XML, JSP, SQL and JavaScript is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
