Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Marketing Mastercard has rapidly become a leading technology company offering services that power the world of payments and beyond. As a part of Mastercard's Integrated Marketing and Communications organization, the Global Marketing team for Core Payments is accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes leveraging customer, market and business insights and market knowledge to help identify, test and refine product concepts, positioning and differentiation; developing sales enablement and B2B2C tools; and developing, executing and scaling marketing plans globally.The Global B2B Marketing Senior Specialist develops marketing solutions to drive business with customers and end consumers. Initiatives will leverage Mastercard's assets and marketing platforms, delivering a consistent and differentiated consumer and stakeholder experience.

We're recruiting for a B2B marketer to join the team and help drive growth for our Acceptance Solutions business. The candidate should be excited to taking on new challenges and work with exceptional colleagues around the globe to accelerate awareness and adoption.
The role
• Deliver integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies—including sales enablement tools, customer testimonial videos, and social media content—to scale digital and physical acceptance solutions and drive customer engagement.
• Partner closely with product and commercialization teams to support go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with regional and local country marketing teams to leverage global assets for local campaigns, monitor campaign performance and share best practices to inform future marketing decisions.
• Coordinate participation and/or lead activations at events or sponsorship properties to amplify thought leadership and accelerate adoption.
• Ensure all content and creative executions align with Mastercard brand standards and guidelines.
About you
• Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and manage creative resources.
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C marketing initiatives and events activation that deliver measurable business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and creative resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently and navigate ambiguity confidently.
