Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Management We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist (Associate Manager) to join our MIC Services team within the Business Intelligence organization. This role is pivotal in defining product strategy, driving operational excellence, and managing key financial and performance metrics. You will play a critical role in developing new offerings, streamlining financial and operational reporting, and crafting compelling presentations that support decision-making across a global portfolio.

You will collaborate closely with team leaders, regional stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. This position requires a balance of consulting expertise, operational rigor, and hands-on execution to drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives & Product Development:
• Support the development of new offerings to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings based on market needs and segment requirements.

Financial & Operational Management:
• Own and maintain accurate tracking of key financial and operational metrics, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

High-Impact Deliverables:
• Develop polished, executive-level presentations and reports for internal and client use.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that inform strategic decisions.

Process Optimization & Collaboration
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and streamline operations.
• Work cross-functionally with team leaders, regional stakeholders, and delivery teams to align priorities and execute initiatives effectively.

Product Strategy Alignment:
• Ensure development efforts align with overall product strategy and revenue acceleration plans.
• Act as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Regional Product teams, and Account Management to support commercial success.


All About You

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a must, Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, strategy, or a related field, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English – both verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial and operational reporting, KPI tracking, and data interpretation.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus).
• Keen understanding of competitive offerings and payments industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
