Overview:

The regional Product Commercialization team helps scaling products by providing data-driven insights, tracking existing metrics, pipelines and KPIs. The team is helping products to grow across entire Core Product range.
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and strategic self-starter to help the products grow.
Role:
In this role within Data, Insights and Optimization team, which is a part of regional Commercialization team, you will:
• Focus on the regional product performance and performance optimization
• Help to scale digital products via monitoring multiple KPIs and metrics
• Translating performance data and trends into commercial insights and actionable recommendations for product/regional stakeholders
• Develop KPIs frameworks for new products and optimize digital performance (tokenisation, authentication)
• Develop externally sharable materials and internal data-related materials.
• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, seek alignment on the metrics across all stakeholders, initiate task forces via Quality Assurance Framework
• Partner with global product and data teams to ensure consistency and availability of product performance metrics across regions and dashboards
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Ambition to advance in product management and data insights
• Understanding of the business context and the product management related metrics
• First professional experience in the field such as analytics, management consulting, payments, banking, fintech, insurance or e-commerce
• Very good presentation skills, both written and verbal with ability to create data-driven documentation and charts
• Excel, PowerPoint advanced skills. Tableau/Power BI is an advantage
• Proactive position and can-do attitude
• Fluent English, another major European language is a plus.
• Bachelor or preferably Master-level degree in business administration, economics, finance, technology, sciences, engineering
