Senior Specialist, Product Management – Mastercard Research Center Overview
Mastercard Services helps customers across industries make smarter decisions and achieve better outcomes through a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction.
• We leverage real-time, anonymized, aggregated transaction data, powerful software platforms, and deep expertise.

The Mastercard Services global product team is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the evolution of consumer research in the Business & Market Intelligence business.

Product Management in Services at Mastercard
• Understand customer needs and help translate them into product features and enhancements.
• Support balancing long-term product direction with current priorities by learning technical, competitive, and commercial contexts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Regional, and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of products.
• Assist in building globally relevant solutions by gathering regional requirements and supporting scalable product development.
• Work closely with senior product managers to ensure alignment across the product portfolio.

Role Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and maintaining product vision, strategy, and roadmap for market research products.
• Conduct research on market trends and provide input for new product ideas and enhancements.
• Synthesize analyses into clear, sound recommendations; Supports in structuring and writing reports and developing client ready presentations
• Support product lifecycle activities, including documentation, quality checks, and readiness across delivery and go-to-market perspectives.
• Help track product performance metrics and contribute to revenue and budget reporting.
• Prepare product communications and sales enablement materials for internal teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers under guidance, ensuring compliance with Mastercard policies.
• Collaborate across teams and geographies to support successful product launches.
• Demonstrate Mastercard Way behaviors through collaboration and proactive engagement.

• experience in product management, business analysis, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Interest in market research and analytics.
• Willingness to learn and contribute hands-on to product development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work in virtual, fast-paced teams.
• Curiosity about technology and how it can solve business problems, including AI.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of financial services or payments is a plus.
