Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Operations Overview:
The candidate will join a Products team driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution of the future of Mastercard's global core payments network. The payments network is Mastercard's core strategic asset, directly driving over $8 billion in revenue and providing the platform for other key products and services.
We are customer facing Product teams who focuses on Customer experience, engagement, product commercialization and governance across the product area.

The role and responsibilities:
• This role focuses on product area and facilitation of customer needs to technology implementation
• Candidate will be performing the role of product/business owner to understand the customer needs and cater the requirements for product teams
• Candidate will be working with stakeholders around the globe to align major/complex enhancements


Preferred Skillset:
• Prior experience in Business Analysis, Product Owner, Product Management/Product management Technical is required
• Domain experience in Bank and Card Payments required.
• Strong Stakeholder Management Skills required
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios
• Ability to manage complex projects; successfully manage multiple responsibilities and tasks
• Willingness to dive deep and learn about our technology, system structure, and rules
• Strong analytical, data and problem-solving skills
• Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong visual presentation skills, including data visualization and the ability to produce clear, compelling slides
• Strong project management skills – strong organization and task management is expected

• Ability to interact with varying levels of leadership across the organization and with internal and external clients; ability to lead and influence at all levels

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
