Sr. Specialist, Synergies Solutions for SSO
Overview:
Mastercard's new Services organization brings together our innovative product offerings across Customer Acquisition & Engagement, Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights. This new structure lays the foundations to maximise our capabilities and accelerate growth.
The Security Solutions Organisation (SSO) has an ambition to drive synergies in close collaboration and in alignment with the broader Services organisation. Many of our solutions are complementary – pairing them unlocks revenue opportunities while helping us to deliver even more value to our customers.
As a Senior Specialist, you will support the delivery of the Synergy program across regions to drive growth within our Services business and address the evolving needs of our customers. You will play a key role in enabling execution through data-driven decision making within the team.
Responsibilities:
• Support the planning, coordination of Synergy program by bringing data driven insights to decision making
• Track milestones, manage dependencies, and coordinate workflows to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope
• Deliver actionable insights to the Synergy team across the full solution lifecycle from lead generation through post-implementation by mapping and automating data from multiple sources to support robust performance analysis and decision-making
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics function, and Product teams to align on data requirements, dashboards, and insights
• Development of program documentation and solution packages with support from the Synergy squad
• Assist in identifying and managing program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across all enabling functions
All about you:
Basic qualifications
• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence
• Knowledge of business KPIs
• Advance PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience in building data driven insights across global functions in Tableau or Power BI
• Solid communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
• Autonomous contributor with passion for collaborating with cross functional global teams
• Must live the Mastercard values and lead by example by performing to the highest levels expected by peers and by management
• Good understanding of data lifecycles, including data ingestion, transformation, reporting, and governance
• Knowledge of extracting and integrating data from multiple sources using SQL and Python will be beneficial
