Specialist, Customer Success, Dynamic Yield Customer Success Manager – Email & Reconnect ProductDynamic Yield by Mastercard is on the lookout for a “dynamic” Customer Success Manager to join our team, specializing in our email and reconnect products. This role is a critical juncture between our sophisticated email marketing and re-engagement solutions and client success. Our customers depend on being able to understand and best use Dynamic Yield's Email and Reconnect products to create seamless, automated, and data-driven experiences throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a role for someone who understands the ins and outs of email marketing, re-engagement strategy, and has a knack for synthesizing campaign and lifecycle data to help clients realize measurable value. Domain knowledge, strategic fluency, and program management skills are essential to success in this role, as the CSM will act as the central liaison between internal teams and client-side lifecycle marketing and CRM stakeholders.
Role
- Operationalize best practices in email marketing, lifecycle journey orchestration, and re-engagement strategies.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing optimization efforts for the Dynamic Yield Email and Reconnect products.
- Establish strong relationships with client-side email and CRM teams to ensure full adoption and campaign impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's email and reconnect programs, distinct from their broader personalization efforts.
- Conduct dedicated email-focused cadences, campaign reviews, and strategy sessions to optimize channel performance.
- Consult with clients on technical enablement, content strategy, and behavioral triggers across touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable, value-driving recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in email and reconnect workflows, testing methodology, and deliverability best practices.
About You
- 3–8 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM consulting.
- Proven success working with Fortune 1000 clients in a customer-facing, strategic advisory role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong command of email marketing best practices, journey strategy, and lifecycle segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with ESPs, CDPs, and testing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, GA, A/B testing platforms).
- Track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution—from strategy to performance analysis.
- Experience in personalization, eCommerce, CRO, and behavioral targeting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Empathy-driven approach to customer relationships and business impact.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Additional Information
Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000
Location: Must be based hybrid in New York City
