Title and Summary

Specialist, HR Services Overview
People Services is a part of MasterCard's Global Business Services Center (GBSC) HR shared service center and is responsible for ensuring support in resolving employee's HR inquiries and supporting HR programs and processes on a global basis. The organization has team members in several locations throughout the world to provide superior customer service to our employees and align with time zones and language differences.

Role
• Provides day-to-day support in such areas as scheduling of interviews, New Hire Onboarding, Employment contract creation, SOP maintanance, MIS
• Communicate processes to employees and Mastercard applicants; resolve enquiries in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide “priceless employee experiences.”
• Ensure audit compliance through transaction processing and approval flows, and manage confidential data in a professional manner and according statutory regulations.
• Perform new hire transaction related processing for all resources, including supporting background check process.
• Support and administer the new employee hire process from interview to onboarding.

All About You
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously acquired through previous experience in related field.
• Work effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, high volume environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Workday experience is a must
