Title and Summary

Specialist, Implementation About the Role

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for client onboarding, expanding existing customer portfolios, configuring solutions to meet business needs, and ensuring a seamless transition from implementation to production processing. This role collaborates with Technical Account Management, Business Operations, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
The position is based in St Leonards, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire implementation process for both new and existing clients, from initiation to go-live.
• Manage customer processing implementation projects related to electronic payments, adhering to the global project coordination methodology.
• Assess client requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs.
• Execute end-to-end customer projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide comprehensive training and support during both onboarding and post-implementation phases.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
• Track project timelines and manage any risks or delays effectively.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing success.
• Be prepared to work outside regular office hours as needed for project demands.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in card configuration implementation, onboarding, or project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer processing implementation projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project.
• Knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry business principles.
• Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams as an individual contributor or team player.
• Understanding of APIs, Linux OS, shell scripts and SQL is desirable.
