Title and Summary

Vice President, Account Management Our Global Citi Account Team (CAT) is seeking to build a diverse, strategic, and consultative workforce of world-class relationship managers, problem-solvers and technologists. We are pursuing highly motivated individuals who display strong achievement orientation, intellectual curiosity, openness, resilience, diligence, and the ability to effectively marshal resources. As part of the Citi Account Team (CAT), our role is to be bold and innovative partners to win with our largest issuer by leveraging the best of our combined assets. We should operate as one team as we develop and execute joint strategies driving innovative payment solutions to Citi/Mastercard that deliver a superior experience and meaningful value to our organizations. The successful candidate for this position will have responsibility for Citi's Global Fraud and Risk business development for expanding our new payment flows partnership with Citi's TTS business. This position is ideal for someone who is a collaborative thought leader, has strong project management discipline, has experience deepening relationships, and understands the cyber and intelligence and impact on payments space and its competitive landscape.

Overview
• Responsible for setting sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts that are aligned with geography strategy and achieving Cyber and Intelligence services sales goals
Find avenues to expand our new payment flows relationship within the treasury services organization
• Leads and manages existing customer relationships, and works to identify opportunities and customer needs
• Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support
• Responsible for pipeline management at the account level

Responsibilities
• Sets objectives and plays a lead role in achieving Cyber and Intelligence sales and net revenue targets regionally
• Provides direction for overall strategies, messaging and proposals for Citi fraud and Risk across all Lines Of Business
• Leads and manages key customer relationships at the senior level
• Reviews reports on customer's existing business to determine opportunities for additional revenue
• Oversees implementation of sales plans including business development, marketing and product management
• Provides consultative analysis, industry insights, and thought leadership to Citi
• Represents the voice of the market and customers to internal stakeholders
• Leads and manages all aspects of cross-functional customer initiatives
• Negotiates the customer agreement process ensuring global resource linkages

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
