About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded VP of Product Management to lead and scale Mastercard's global B2B Acceptance capabilities.
You will be responsible for shaping the product vision across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle — from onboarding and enablement through to payment execution and reconciliation — and for ensuring our global solutions solve real-world challenges for acquirers, suppliers, and ecosystem platforms.
This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who brings a deep understanding of B2B payment flows and strong execution discipline, combined with the ability to influence global teams, align regional priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
You will:
•Define and evolve the strategic product roadmap for B2B Acceptance.
•Lead global initiatives that simplify supplier onboarding, enable straight-through processing, and optimize reconciliation.
•Partner with regional product, market, and technology teams to prioritize, design, and deliver scalable solutions.
•Represent Mastercard's B2B capabilities with key external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
•Own and drive the global product strategy for B2B Acceptance, aligned to Mastercard's broader Commercial Solutions vision.
•Translate complex business needs into scalable, modular product designs and capabilities.
•Lead the product lifecycle across ideation, design, delivery, and optimization — working in close partnership with engineering and regional teams.
•Serve as a thought leader across Mastercard and with strategic partners on supplier enablement, integrated payments, and reconciliation innovation.
•Drive adoption by embedding feedback loops from acquirers, suppliers, and partners into product planning and execution.
•Monitor and anticipate market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive activity to inform product priorities.
•Ensure delivery of secure, compliant, and high-quality products that meet Mastercard's global standards.
•Mentor and guide junior product managers to grow capability within the team and ensure delivery excellence.

About You
•Significant experience in product management, ideally in B2B payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
•Strong domain knowledge in acquiring, commercial card payments, or AR/AP platforms.
•Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver globally scalable solutions.
•Expertise in supplier lifecycle flows — from onboarding to reconciliation.
•Skilled at navigating matrixed organizations and aligning diverse regional stakeholders.
•Track record of driving outcomes, managing complexity, and influencing senior stakeholders.
•Strong strategic thinking, combined with a bias for execution and iteration.
•Experience managing or mentoring product team members.
