Responsibilities

Type: Full Time Salaried 

Compensation: $58,400 to 84,700 a year

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

As a Graphic Designer at Matrix Medical Network, you will be a key member of the Marketing and Communications Team and will support the execution of external and internal strategies and tactics through visual storytelling. You will be an ambassador of the Matrix brand, and of our clients' brands and will collaborate with multiple internal and external teams to translate the strategy into high-quality design.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and production: Includes creating and revising member materials, creating new materials for client/program launches, designing Matrix marketing collateral, presentations, website content, signage, etc. Managing the projects from concept to final production deliverable.
  • Manage print and production processes: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage inventory/re-orders of member leave behinds, format print-ready pieces, programming of materials, screening results templates and reports.
  • Database upload and maintenance: Includes ongoing management of client material folders, material organization, documentation, review processes, client approvals, client logos, client disclaimers and client assets.
  • Proficiency with programs/tools: Adeptly use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Microsoft Suite and Wrike tools and programs to execute the above design, production and database management.
