Qualifications

Must Haves: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Human Resources or a related field of study preferred.
  • Proven experience sourcing, identifying and engaging passive candidates preferred. Experience recruiting across the Healthcare industry, or exposure recruiting technical disciplines will be well regarded.
  • Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Previous experience using and maintaining an electronic based applicant tracking system is a plus,
  • Excellent time management with the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work well independently

Responsibilities

About this Role:

 

 

Type: Temporary Full Time 

Compensation: $16.43 to $25.00 an hour, but we don't anticipate hiring about the $20 hr mark.

Location: Fully Remote Must be in the United States (Matrix is based in Scottsdale AZ)

Position Summary: 

 

The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for Nurse Practitioners and other key clinical roles.

 

Requirements: 

  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns.
  • Implement different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective leadership candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, social networking sites, and internal sources.
